SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Your shipping options are as follows.
- Ground ( 3-5 Business days)
- Express ( 2-3 Business days)

Orders placed on our site Monday through Thursday before 2:00 p.m. Central Time are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be processed as quickly as possible but may not be shipped until the following day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Please allow an additional 5 days for alterations. Shipping charges are calculated on the subtotal of your order prior to the addition of any applicable sales tax and on the type of shipping option you request. Posted shipping rates are for the continental U.S.. Alaska, Hawaii shipments will be USPS Priority Mail. The rates for Alaska and Hawaii are the standard ground rates plus $5.00. Additionally you are never charged a handling fee to process your order. See below for shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund. December Holiday gifts may be returned no later than January 15th. Simply fill out the enclosed form indicating a refund or exchange. If your item is defective please call us at 800-836-5892. Please include all packaging material along with a copy of the invoice. Please insure the package. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. Customers are responsible for the return postage with the exception of defective merchandise or if we shipped an item in error. ALL TAGS MUST BE ON GARMENT. WORN OR ALTERED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
